They have been in 0.0 for a damn sight longer then you have, or I have for that matter. Something everyone always seems to underestimate is the amount of isk in CA coffers, why ? They can make a billion in a week just like you can. Edit: Evol has nothing to do with the CA friendliness I occasionally show.
